The posting

Vi söker en driven och strukturerad Säljkoordinator till ett väletablerat IT-bolag. I rollen ansvarar du för att leverera komplexa IT-lösningar till kunder nationellt och internationellt – från offert till faktura – och du spelar en central roll i att hålla ihop affären från ax till limpa. Rollen är primärt förvaltande, men du förväntas också visa framfötterna och aktivt bidra till nykundsförsäljning, vilket utgör ca 5-10% av arbetsuppgifterna. Vi söker dig som trivs i ett högt arbetstempo, är noggrann i detaljer och som har förmågan att bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer. Om rollen Som säljkoordinator är du navet mellan kund, leverantör och intern teknisk kompetens. Du hanterar hela ordercykeln och säkerställer att kunden alltid är uppdaterad och nöjd. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

Planera, offerera och genomföra leveranser av IT-lösningar nationellt och internationellt

Förhandla priser med leverantörer och hantera dealregistrering och inköp

Registrera order, skicka orderbekräftelser och fakturera levererade affärer

Ansvara för kund- och kontaktupplägg i affärssystemet

Bevaka valuta- och prisförändringar för att skydda marginaler

Samordna leverantörer, tillverkare och teknisk kompetens vid kundleveranser

Anpassa och presentera kundunika webbshoppar

Identifiera möjligheter för merförsäljning och effektivisering

Vi söker dig som Har minst 3 års erfarenhet som säljkoordinator eller inom B2B-försäljning

Är van att hantera hela säljprocessen administrativt – från offert till faktura

Har erfarenhet av inköp och leverantörskontakter

Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift

Är strukturerad, noggrann och självgående

Har en naturlig förmåga att bygga och underhålla kundrelationer

Högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi, teknik eller liknande är meriterande

Erfarenhet från IT-branschen är meriterande men inget krav. Vi värderar dokumenterad erfarenhet som Säljkoordinator eller B2B säljare högt.
