Stockholm Adventures – Stockholm Stockholm Adventures is looking for a motivated and organised Back Office & Tour Coordination person to join our team in Stockholm. Stockholm Adventures is a tourism and adventure company offering a wide range of guided and self-guided experiences all year around, including bike tours, kayaking, nature adventures, boat tours, ice skating and rentals. Our goal is to create genuine, memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining a high level of service and operational quality. About the Role As a member of our back-office team, you will play an important role in making sure our daily operations run smoothly. You will work closely with the front office, guides and other members of the team to coordinate tours, manage bookings and support our guests before, during and after their experiences. You will be involved in developing new tourism products, packages and tours, from the initial idea through to planning, coordination and implementation. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in tourism, is highly organised, takes initiative and is comfortable handling several tasks at the same time. Main Responsibilities Support and oversee front-office operations and ensure guests receive excellent service. Coordinate daily tours and activities, including schedules, guides, participants and operational details. Monitor and manage bookings, changes, cancellations and customer requests. Ensure tour information is accurate and up to date across relevant systems. Communicate with guides, suppliers, partners and customers regarding tour logistics. Assist with daily scheduling and allocation of guides and resources. Handle administrative tasks related to tour operations and bookings. Help resolve operational issues and last-minute changes in a calm and efficient manner. Follow up on bookings and ensure all necessary information is communicated to the relevant team members. Participate in the development and creation of new tours, products and travel packages. Research and develop new tour concepts and experiences suitable for Stockholm Adventures' target markets. Assist with planning, pricing, scheduling and operational setup of new products and packages. Coordinate the implementation and launch of new tours and experiences. Contribute ideas for improving existing products, guest experiences and operational processes. Support the wider team with general administrative and operational tasks when required. Participate in the recruitment process for seasonal staff, including helping define staffing needs, reviewing applications, communicating with candidates and participating in interviews. Assist with onboarding and coordinating new seasonal employees and guides.

Requirements Previous professional experience in the tourism sector is required. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where plans can change quickly. Good communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently while also being an active part of a team. An interest in developing new tourism products and creating new guest experiences. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Swedish and/or other languages are an advantage. Good general computer skills.

Preferred Experience with any of the following would be highly valuable: Booking and reservation systems, particularly FareHarbor or similar platforms. Administrative/accounting systems such as Fortnox. Staff scheduling and workforce planning systems. Tour or activity management software. Experience coordinating guides, drivers, suppliers or other operational staff. Experience developing, launching or managing tourism products, tours or packages. Knowledge of the Stockholm tourism market and local attractions and activities. Active life style and love for the outdoors. Driving license
