Du får en bred roll med varierande arbetsuppgifter där ingen dag är den andra lik. Arbetsuppgifter Hantera administrativa uppgifter relaterade till kontorsverksamheten Dokumenthantering och arkivering Kundservice via telefon och mail mot befintliga kunder Orderhantering och uppföljning Stötta ledning och kollegor med back office-uppgifter Hjälpa till vid transportplanering Delta i planering och genomförande av möten och presentationer

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av administrativt arbete Är strukturerad, noggrann och detaljorienterad Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift samt har god engelska Har goda kunskaper i Office-paketet Kan arbeta självständigt och i team Är positiv, serviceinriktad och bidrar till en god stämning på arbetsplatsen
