Om jobbet Vi söker nu en engagerad och serviceinriktad person till vår kundtjänst. Som kundtjänstmedarbetare kommer du att vara det första kontakten för våra kunder och ansvara för att ge dem bästa möjliga service. Din huvudsakliga roll kommer att vara att besvara inkommande samtal, lösa eventuella problem. Du kommer även arbeta med administrativa uppgifter.. Vi letar efter dig som är en problemlösare och trivs i en dynamisk miljö. Du är strukturerad, ordningsam och har en passion för att skapa nöjda kunder. Vi kommer att utbilda dig i flera olika arbetsmoment både inom backoffice och support. Din profil För att vara aktuell för tjänsten skall du tala flytande svenska och ha god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift. Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet av arbeten med mycket kundkontakt, dock är det inget krav så länge du har rätt vilja och driv till att lära dig. Kravprofil - Har minst gymnasieutbildning - God svenska i skrift och tal. - Möjlighet att börja inom en månad. - Mycket god kommunikationsförmåga. - En stark vilja att lära och utvecklas.
