På Blå Porten älskar vi tempo, dofterna från nybakat och kreativt konditoriarbete samt stämningen i ett arbetslag som ständigt vill utvecklas. Arbetet Du kommer ingå i köksteamet som ansvarar för bageri- och konditoriproduktion inför både frukost, lunch och kvällsservering under sommaren. Arbetsuppgifterna innefattar degberedning, bakning, fyllningar, dekorationer, portionering och kvalitetskontroll. Du arbetar nära kökschef och övriga kollegor för att säkerställa att produkterna håller hög kvalitet och levereras i rätt tid. Vi söker Vi söker en skicklig bagare/konditor med god yrkeskunskap och dokumenterad erfarenhet från bageri- eller konditorverksamhet. Du brinner för hantverket, har känsla för smak och form och vill bidra till att utveckla vårt utbud. Erfarenhet av både teknisk bakning och konstnärlig dekoration är meriterande. Du är Du är noggrann, stresstålig och arbetar effektivt utan att kompromissa med kvalitet. Du trivs i ett lag, delar gärna med dig av idéer och tar emot feedback på ett konstruktivt sätt. Flexibilitet i arbetsuppgifter och arbetstider är viktigt då arbetsbelastningen kan variera under säsongen.
