Dignus Medical är specialister på rekrytering och bemanning av specialistläkare och sjuksköterskor till hälsosektorn i Skandinavien. Vi bidrar till att lösa bemanningsutmaningarna genom att matcha rätt personal med rätt uppdragsgivare – vid rätt tidpunkt. I år firar vi 20 år. Känner du ofta att tiden inte räcker till och att du måste kämpa för vårdplatser? Vi söker just nu en engagerad barnläkare till ett sjukhus som erbjuder en unik arbetsmiljö i en plats där balans och lugn råder – eller åtminstone nära nog. På detta sjukhus tar man emot barn och ungdomar mellan 0 och 18 år. Med ett befolkningsunderlag på cirka 30 000 invånare är bredden på diagnostiken stor, och du får möjlighet att möta såväl vanliga som sällsynta diagnoser. Kliniken är välorganiserad och inkluderar både en ätstörningsmottagning och en barnpsykiatrisk öppenvårdsmottagning. Här finns två intensivvårdsplatser och gott om plats på avdelningen. Samarbete mellan klinikerna fungerar mycket bra, och både kollegorna och sjuksköterskorna håller hög kompetens. Arbetsmiljön på sjukhuset präglas av en god stämning och ett öppet klimat. Den stora utmaningen – och möjligheten – är att du kommer arbeta brett, vilket ger dig goda utvecklingsmöjligheter. Vi ser även potentialen att du kan bli verksamhetschef på sikt. Vi söker dig som: Är specialist inom barn- och ungdomsmedicin Vill arbeta brett inom ditt fält Har några års erfarenhet som specialist och är kompetent att hantera bakjour Kan arbeta självständigt och ta stort eget ansvar Är intresserad av att utveckla och förbättra verksamheten Har ett intresse för handledning och vidareutbildning av BT/AT, ST och andra inom kliniken Har goda ledaregenskaper och är en utmärkt kommunikatör
