Vi söker en erfaren barnmorska till en förlossningsavdelning vid ett större sjukhus i Sverige. Verksamheten har ett etablerat arbetssätt med tydliga rutiner och ett erfaret team, där fokus ligger på trygg och säker vård genom hela förlossningsprocessen. Tjänsten passar dig som vill arbeta i en stabil miljö med god struktur och möjlighet till kontinuitet i arbetet. Arbetsuppgifter Som barnmorska på förlossningsavdelningen ansvarar du för: Självständig handläggning av normala förlossningar Övervakning av mor och barn under förlossning Identifiering och initial handläggning av avvikelser Stöd och vägledning till den födande och närstående Samarbete med läkare, undersköterskor och övriga teammedlemmar Dokumentation enligt gällande riktlinjer

Arbetsmiljö Du arbetar i ett team med erfarna kollegor där: Tydliga rutiner och arbetssätt finns etablerade Patientsäkerhet och kvalitet är centrala delar av arbetet Kommunikation och samarbete prioriteras i det dagliga arbetet
