Beskrivning Som barnskötare hos oss kommer du att vara en aktiv del av det pedagogiska arbetet och bidra till att förverkliga förskolans läroplan (Lpfö 18 reviderad 2025). Du deltar engagerat i barnens lek och aktiviteter, både inomhus och utomhus, och arbetar för att skapa en trygg, inkluderande miljö där varje barn blir sett, hört och bekräftat. I nära samarbete med förskollärare och övriga kollegor är du med och planerar, genomför och utvecklar den dagliga verksamheten. Du är delaktig i dokumentation och uppföljning av barnens utveckling, och bidrar till ett gott samarbete med vårdnadshavare. Tillsammans med arbetslaget arbetar du också med det systematiska kvalitetsarbetet för att säkerställa en hög pedagogisk kvalitet. Förskolan är belägen i en naturnära miljö, vilket ger goda möjligheter till utomhuspedagogik och inspirerande lärmiljöer. Kvalifikationer Utbildad barnskötare eller annan relevant utbildning/erfarenhet Erfarenhet av arbete inom förskola är meriterande God samarbetsförmåga och ett varmt bemötande Engagerad, ansvarstagande och flexibel Kunskap om barns behov och utveckling Du har goda kunskaper i svenska språket, tal och skrift Arjeplogs kommun är en samisk förvaltningskommun och Arjeplogs förskola har en samisk avdelning för barn mellan 1-5 år. Samisk språk- och kulturkompetens är därför meriterande.
