Sociallux söker behandlingsassistenter. Vi söker både tillsvidareanställda (provanställning tillämpas) och timanställda. Nu söker vi behandlingsassistenter till våra HVB i Stockholm. Om rollen Du arbetar nära ungdomar i deras vardag och är en nyckelperson i att skapa trygghet, struktur och utveckling. Arbetet kräver närvaro, tydlighet och förmåga att stå stadigt även i utmanande situationer. Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter: Skapa struktur och trygghet i vardagen Arbeta relationsskapande och motiverande Behandlingsarbete Dokumentera enligt gällande regelverk Samverka med socialtjänst och andra aktörer Bidra aktivt till en professionell och stabil miljö

Vem vi söker Vi söker dig som inte bara vill “jobba på HVB” – utan som förstår uppdraget. Du är trygg i dig själv, tydlig i ditt bemötande och har förmåga att kombinera värme med gränssättning. Vi ser att du: Har relevant utbildning minst tvåårig eftergymnasial utbildning är ett krav (behandlingspedagog, socionom, socialpedagog, beteendevetare eller likvärdig utbildning är ett krav) Har erfarenhet av arbete med barn och unga, gärna inom HVB eller/och SIS Är strukturerad, ansvarstagande och professionell Har god samarbetsförmåga men kan också arbeta självständigt Behärskar svenska i tal och skrift
