Om tjänsten Vi söker dig som vill vara med och skapa en trygg, stödjande och utvecklande miljö för barn och unga i åldern 14–18 år, med olika typer av behov och utmaningar. HVB Eleonoragårdens målgrupp består av flickor från och med 14 till och med 18 år med aggressivt normbrytande beteende. Med det menas att uppträda aggressivt, utagerande, hotfullt eller våldsamt. Barnen och ungdomarna vi arbetar med har ofta varit med om svåra livshändelser, och många saknar trygga vuxna förebilder. Vårt uppdrag är att ge dem de bästa förutsättningarna för förändring och personlig utveckling, både på kort och lång sikt. I rollen som behandlingspedagog är du en viktig del av det dagliga arbetet, där du tillsammans med kollegor skapar en stabil, strukturerad och omsorgsfull miljö. Du följer ungdomarnas behandlingsplaner, vägleder dem i vardagliga situationer, och arbetar med relationer och kommunikation som grund för förändring. Vi använder metoder anpassade efter målgrupp och individ, exempelvis KBT, DBT och MI. Alla våra enheter inom region Uppland är HBTQI-certifierade. Arbetet innebär också att: - dokumentera insatser och följa upp utveckling - ha kontakt med socialtjänst, skola och andra samarbetspartners - delta i vardagsrutiner som matlagning, städning, aktiviteter och läkarbesök - bidra till ett professionellt och engagerat teamarbete Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är trygg, lösningsfokuserad och har ett starkt engagemang för att hjälpa barn och unga. Du har en god förmåga att sätta gränser, bygga relationer och bemöta ungdomar med respekt, även i utmanande situationer. Du är utbildad socionom, beteendevetare eller har minst en två-åring eftergymnasial utbildning såsom behandlingspedagog/socialpedagog. Det är även meriterande om du: -har erfarenhet av arbete inom behandling för barn och unga -har erfarenhet av KBT, MI och/eller annan evidensbaserad metod -har erfarenhet av dokumentationsarbete och läkemedelshantering Tjänstgöringsgrad och arbetstid: 100%. 4 veckors rullande schema med varierande dag, kväll och helg. Lön: Sker enligt överenskommelse och övriga ersättningar sker enligt kollektivavtal. Tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse. Övrigt: - B-körkort krävs för tjänsten. - Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. - Du behärskar svenska i tal och skrift samt har god datavana. - Utdrag ur Polismyndighetens belastnings- och misstankeregister för personal vid HVB erfordras alltid före anställning.
