Klara Öppenvård är en del av Beroende och VIR enheten inom Falkenbergs kommun. Vi erbjuder öppenvårdsinsatser för vuxna med alkohol-, narkotika-, läkemedels samt spelberoendeproblem. Individuella samtal samt gruppverksamhet för anhöriga. Vi erbjuder även samtal för personer som varit utsatta för våld i nära relation samt personer som utövar våld i nära relation. Hos oss blir du en del av ett engagerat team bestående av verksamhetsledare, behandlare, behandlingsassistenter samt konsultläkare. Vi arbetar tillsammans för att ge professionellt stöd och skapa goda förutsättningar för förändring och återhämtning.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som behandlingssekreterare hos oss kommer du bland annat att: • Vara delaktig i mottagandet av personer som söker stöd och behandling • Genomföra kartläggningar och bedömningar av skadligt bruk och beroendeproblematik • Hålla individuella samtal, familjesamtal och behandlingsinsatser • Samverka med andra professioner och aktörer utifrån individens behov • Bidra till utvecklingen av verksamhetens metoder och arbetssätt • Hålla föreläsningar och tema vid behov

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har: Högskoleutbildning socialt arbete eller annan högskoleutbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer som likvärdig. Erfarenhet av arbete med personer med beroendeproblematik. Kunskap om beroendesjukdom och erfarenhet av behandlingsmetoder såsom MI, ACRA. KBT och ÅP är önskvärt. Erfarenhet av att hålla föreläsningar/teman. God dokumentationsvana. För att trivas i rollen är du strukturerad, flexibel och har god samarbetsförmåga. Du möter människor med respekt, engagemang och en positiv människosyn. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet
