Bli en del av vårt team hos Sveriges största activation agency!Bemanningsassistent BehovsanställningOm tjänsten Vi söker nu efter en Bemanningsassistent som vill bli en del av vår personalavdelning och ett engagerat team av kollegor, till vårt huvudkontor i Årsta. I rollen kommer du ansvara för bemanning, rekrytering och kompetensutveckling av regionens fältpersonal, som arbetar med produktdemonstrationer och varuplock i butik. Arbetat är förlagt på vårt kontor, vardagar mellan kl. 08.00–17.00. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Rekrytera, intervjua och hålla dialog med fältpersonalen

Koordinera och administrera personal- och kundärenden i vår ärendeplattform

Ansvara för löpande kommunikation med regionens fältpersonal

Medverka samt driva interna och externa projekt

Har lätt för att sätta dig in i nya arbetssystem

Har en god förmåga att självständigt driva ditt arbete och dina projekt framåt

Har goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift

Meriterande Erfarenhet av rekrytering och rekryteringsverktyg
