Har du erfarenhet av lägenhetsbesiktningar och fastighetsförvaltning? Trivs du i en roll där du får kombinera kundkontakt, ansvarstagande och ett strukturerat arbetssätt? Då kan detta uppdrag vara något för dig. Vi söker nu en Besiktningsansvarig till vår kund för ett konsultuppdrag med omgående start. Uppdraget är initialt på tre månader med god möjlighet till förlängning. Utgångspunkten för tjänsten är fastighetsbolagets kontor södra Stockholm. Om uppdraget Fastighetsbolaget är ett av Sveriges största bostadsbolag med cirka 27 000 lägenheter och 4 000 kommersiella lokaler. Varje år genomförs omkring 2 500 lägenhetsbyten, där målet är att säkerställa effektiva processer och hög kvalitet inför nästa hyresgästs inflyttning. Som Besiktningsansvarig får du en central roll i arbetet med att säkerställa att bostäder håller rätt standard och att avflyttningsprocessen genomförs professionellt och effektivt. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

Genomföra och dokumentera avflyttningsbesiktningar.

Bedöma och följa upp eventuella brister i lägenheter.

Säkerställa att avflyttande hyresgäster åtgärdar identifierade fel och brister.

Beställa åtgärder från entreprenörer vid behov.

Följa upp genomförda åtgärder och hantera underlag för vidarefakturering.

Samverka med kollegor och andra funktioner inom fastighetsförvaltningen.

Bidra till utveckling och effektivisering av besiktningsprocesser.

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av lägenhetsbesiktningar eller liknande arbete inom fastighetsförvaltning.

Har god förståelse för fastighetsägarens ansvar och gärna kunskap om relevanta regelverk.

Har erfarenhet av fastighetsservice, fastighetsskötsel eller fastighetsförvaltning.

Är van att arbeta självständigt och strukturerat.

Har god datorvana och erfarenhet av digital dokumentation.

Har B-körkort.

Uttrycker dig mycket väl på svenska i tal och skrift.

Det är meriterande om du har kunskaper i ytterligare språk. Personliga egenskaper För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du är kommunikativ, noggrann och lösningsorienterad. Du har lätt för att skapa förtroende i mötet med hyresgäster, entreprenörer och kollegor samt trivs med att ta eget ansvar och driva ditt arbete framåt. Om uppdraget Placering: Södra Stockholm
