Vi sätter stort värde i att leverera kvalitet ut till våra beställare samtidigt som personalen ska må bra. I Syd – och Västsverige har vi arbetat på hundratals projekt alltifrån bottenplattor, bjälklag och väggar, broar, tunnlar, betongstommar, vattenkraftverk, infrastruktur, flerbostadshus och mycket mer. Vi är stolta över vår verksamhet och de projekt vi deltagit i. Med vår breda erfarenhet och våra trogna och stabila kunder så hittar vi projekt som passar just dig och din bakgrund. Våra beställare är byggföretag och vi arbetar inte mot privatpersoner.

Erfarenhet

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet inom byggbranschen och trivs med ett praktiskt och varierande arbete. Du har god kunskap inom byggnation och gärna erfarenhet av betongarbeten, armering samt formsättning. Yrkesbevis som betongarbetare är meriterande, men vi värdesätter även dig som har skaffat dig motsvarande kompetens genom arbetslivserfarenhet.

Som person är du ansvarstagande, noggrann och van att arbeta självständigt. Du har ett lösningsorienterat arbetssätt och bidrar till en god stämning på arbetsplatsen genom ett professionellt bemötande mot både kunder och kollegor.

Lön och anställningsvillkor

Du kommer att bli anställd på kollektivavtalet Byggavtalet vilket innebär:

-Lön: Tidlön eller prestationslön beroende på projekt -Försäkringar -Arbetstidsförkortning -Friskvårdsbidrag

Du blir inledningsvis anställd i sex månader. Om allting fungerar och vi trivs med varandra så övergår din anställning i tillsvidareanställning (fast anställning). Många av våra medarbetare har arbetat i över tio år tillsammans med oss.
