Perfekt. Nu söker vi en bibliotekarie som vill vara med och utveckla bibliotekens viktiga roll i samhället – bok för bok, möte för möte. DIN ROLL Som bibliotekarie hos oss arbetar du främst på Stadsbiblioteket i SARA kulturhus. Vid behov kan du även arbeta på något av våra närbibliotek. Ditt uppdrag handlar i grunden om att möta människor och ge dem tillgång till litteratur, information och upplevelser som stärker både individen och demokratin. Du arbetar med såväl digitala som fysiska informationskällor, med fokus på mångspråk, minoriteter samt digital delaktighet. En viktig del av rollen är bibliotekens läsfrämjande arbete, där du bidrar till att stimulera språkutveckling och läslust. Du vägleder besökare både enskilt och i grupp, i biblioteket och i det offentliga rummet. Du deltar även i planering och genomförande av aktiviteter som stärker besökarnas upplevelse och engagemang i bibliotekets verksamhet. DIN KOMPETENS OCH ERFARENHET Vi söker dig som har en utbildning i biblioteks- och informationsvetenskap. Det är meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet av biblioteksarbete. Du har mycket god kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och kan göra komplex information tydlig för olika målgrupper och anpassa ditt sätt att kommunicera efter besökarnas behov. Du kan även kommunicera tydligt på engelska i såväl tal som skrift. Ytterligare språkkunskaper är meriterande. Du har förmåga och intresse att använda och utveckla digitala verktyg och nya medier för att stödja och inspirera bibliotekets besökare. Du är nyfiken och drivande i att prova och implementera digitala lösningar som förbättrar användarupplevelsen. Service och bemötande är en självklar del av ditt arbetssätt. Du skapar positiva möten och anpassar ditt sätt efter besökarens behov, alltid med omtanke och respekt. Du trivs med att möta människor, tar initiativ och bygger förtroendefulla relationer. Samtidigt är du lösningsorienterad och stabil, hanterar oförutsedda situationer lugnt och hittar praktiska lösningar på uppkomna problem. För den här tjänsten behöver du, enligt lag, visa upp ett aktuellt registerutdrag från Polismyndigheten inför en eventuell anställning.
