Biblioteken i Mölndal består av enheterna Mölndals stadsbibliotek och Närbibliotek med bokbuss, Lindome och Kållereds bibliotek. Enheterna ingår i stadens Kultur- och fritidsförvaltning. Vi har ett nära samarbete mellan enheterna och ett prestigelöst arbetssätt där vi alla hjälps åt för att helheten ska bli bra.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Vi söker nu en medarbetare med erfarenhet av arbete på folkbibliotek, gärna med inriktning media och biblioteksadministration

Arbetsuppgifter: Som biblioteksassistent arbetar du publikt med att bemanna biblioteket där du vägleder besökare i såväl det fysiska som i det digitala biblioteket. I tjänsten ingår också biblioteksassistentuppgifter såsom mediahantering, som till exempel inleverans av nyinköpt media, inköp via olika inköpssystem, fakturahantering samt andra på folkbibliotek förekommande arbetsuppgifter

Du har ett engagemang för kultur, litteratur och biblioteksverksamhet och du deltar i verksamhetens planering och utveckling

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av arbete på folkbibliotek och med god kännedom om media. Du arbetar lösningsorienterat och tar egna initiativ. Du har fokus på god service, har god pedagogik i mötet med besökaren och hanterar stressiga situationer väl. Din samarbetsförmåga är god och du har också kapacitet att planera och genomföra verksamhet på egen hand. Du kommunicerar obehindrat i tal och skrift på svenska och gärna i fler språk.

För tjänsten krävs följande;

Godkänd gymnasieutbildning, gärna med administrativ inriktning eller examen som arbetsgivaren bedömer som likvärdig.
