Om Bilhuset Bilhuset är ett väletablerat bilföretag på Gotland som funnits sedan 1977. Vi arbetar med inköp och försäljning av begagnade bilar, husbilar och husvagnar av flera olika märken. Utöver bilförsäljning erbjuder vi även service och reparationer via vår Mekonomenverkstad. Hos oss står kundfokus, kvalitet och gemenskap i centrum. Vårt mål är att varje kund ska känna sig trygg och väl omhändertagen genom hela affären. Om rollen Vi söker nu en driven och engagerad bilförsäljare som vill bli en del av vårt team. Rollen passar dig som har ett genuint intresse för försäljning och fordonsbranschen, och som trivs med att kombinera personliga kundmöten med digitala arbetssätt. Som bilförsäljare hos oss ansvarar du för hela affären – från första kundkontakt till leverans – med fokus på långsiktiga kundrelationer och affärer av hög kvalitet. Vi söker dig som: Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av försäljning och/eller inköp Är affärsdriven, lyhörd och arbetar strukturerat. Har mycket god datorvana och är bekväm med digitala processer. Har förståelse för marknad, kundbeteenden och branschtrender. Kan analysera information och använda data för att utveckla försäljnings- och inköpsprocesser. Trivs i en roll där både självständigt arbete och samarbete är viktigt.

Erfarenhet från fordonsbranschen är meriterande, men rätt inställning och driv värderas högt.
