Gisle Billack i Gislaved växer och söker nu en person som vill lära sig och utvecklas inom billackering. Du behöver inte ha tidigare erfarenhet av lackering – det viktigaste är att du har rätt inställning, är nyfiken och har viljan att lära dig. Har du ett bilintresse eller kanske erfarenhet från bilbranschen är det en stor fördel. På verkstaden arbetar man tillsammans och hjälps åt där behovet finns, vilket gör att ett genuint intresse för bilar och förståelse för fordonsbranschen kommer väl till pass.

Din roll Du kommer framför allt att få möjlighet att lära dig billackering, från förberedande arbete till färdig lackering. Du arbetar tillsammans med erfarna kollegor och får successivt bygga upp din kunskap och kompetens inom yrket. Arbetet sker i en modern Klass 1-verkstad där både plåt, plast, lackering och mekaniska arbeten finns under samma tak. Det innebär att du blir en del av ett team där man samarbetar och stöttar varandra i det dagliga arbetet.

Vi söker dig som Har ett genuint intresse för bilar och fordonsbranschen Är praktiskt lagd och tycker om att arbeta med händerna Är noggrann och har känsla för detaljer Är ansvarstagande, engagerad och har ett eget driv Trivs med att samarbeta och hjälper gärna till där det behövs Har erfarenhet från bilbranschen, exempelvis som bilmekaniker eller bilplåtslagare – meriterande men inget krav Har erfarenhet av lackering – meriterande men inget krav För oss är din personlighet och inställning det viktigaste. Har du intresset och viljan att lära dig, får du möjligheten att utvecklas till en skicklig billackerare tillsammans med erfarna kollegor.
