Billackerare / Fälgreparatör / Centeransvarig till Repair4You i Hisings Backa Repair4You i Hisings Backa, tillsammans med våra verksamheter Repair2Care och Holmens Bilvård, söker nu en driven och noggrann person med erfarenhet av billackering och fälgreparation, som även vill ta ansvar för den dagliga driften av vårt center. Vi arbetar med bilvård, lackering, fälgreparation, mindre reparationer och rekonditionering. Nu söker vi dig som både är praktiskt skicklig och har förmåga att ta ansvar för kundkontakt, planering och kvalitet. Om tjänsten Som billackerare, fälgreparatör och centeransvarig kommer du att ha en viktig roll i verksamheten. Du arbetar praktiskt med lackeringsarbete och reparation av fälgar samtidigt som du ansvarar för att det dagliga arbetet fungerar på ett professionellt och effektivt sätt. Dina arbetsuppgifter kan bland annat vara: Förarbete, slipning, spackling och maskering Lackering av fordon, fordonsdelar och fälgar Reparation av skadade fälgar Slipning, riktning och kosmetisk återställning av fälgar Färgmatchning och kvalitetskontroll Rekonditionering och enklare bilvårdsarbete vid behov Planering av arbeten och prioritering av uppdrag Kundkontakt och mottagning av bilar Ansvar för ordning, kvalitet och arbetsflöde i centret Samarbete med övrig personal och leverantörer

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av billackering Har erfarenhet av fälgreparation eller är mycket praktiskt lagd och vill utvecklas inom området Är noggrann, ansvarstagande och serviceinriktad Kan arbeta självständigt och ta egna initiativ Har god känsla för kvalitet och detaljer Kan hantera kunder på ett professionellt sätt Har förmåga att leda, planera och organisera det dagliga arbetet Har B-körkort

Det är meriterande om du tidigare har haft ansvar för verkstad, bilvårdscenter, skadeverkstad eller liknande verksamhet.
