The posting

Vi söker nu en driven och nyfiken mekaniker till vår verkstad. Vi tror att du som söker är tekniskt kunnig, kommunikativ och du är självfallet stolt i ditt yrkesutövande. När du arbetar som bilmekaniker hos oss ska du ha ett gott sinne för affärer och förstå vikten av att sätta kunden och service i första rummet. Du kommer att jobba nära kunden och behöver därför ha förmågan att skapa långsiktiga kundrelationer. Tjänsten innebär service, reparationer och felsökningar på personbilar, lätta lastbilar av de flesta märkena.

För att vara aktuell för rollen ser vi att du har:

• Ett brinnande teknik- och fordonsmekaniskt intresse

• Dokumenterad relevant utbildning

• Dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete som fordonsmekaniker

• God administrativ förmåga och datorvana

• Goda kommunikativa egenskaper

• Ett gott kundbemötande

Du är flexibel och strukturerad i ditt arbete samtidigt som du är ansvarsfull och ser utmaningar som ett naturligt steg i karriären. Du är socialt utåtriktad, har samarbetsförmåga och kan även arbeta under tidspress. Du har lätt för att ta till dig nya instruktioner och vi ser det som en självklarhet att du har ett starkt bilintresse och har känsla för service. Minst B körkort är ett krav.

Tjänsten är en heltidstjänst. Vi tillämpar sex månaders provanställning och därefter tillsvidareanställning samt individuell lönesättning. Urval och intervjuer sker löpande. Tjänsten kan komma att tillsättas innan sista ansökningsdatum.
