Werksta Nacka söker en noggrann och engagerad bilplåtslagare som vill bidra till hög kvalitet, effektiva reparationsflöden och nöjda kunder. Som bilplåtslagare hos oss arbetar du med reparation och återställning av krockskadade fordon enligt tillverkarens anvisningar och verkstadens rutiner. Du samarbetar nära skadeberäknare, billackerare och övrig verkstadspersonal för att säkerställa ett smidigt, kvalitetssäkrat och effektivt reparationsflöde. Hos oss får du arbeta i en modern verkstadsmiljö där kvalitet, säkerhet och kontinuerlig utveckling står i centrum. Tillsammans med engagerade kollegor bidrar du till att fordonen återställs på ett professionellt och säkert sätt. Arbetsuppgifter Utföra riktbänksarbete, strukturskador och karosserireparationer enligt tillverkarens specifikationer

Demontera och montera karossdelar, inredning, glas och fordonskomponenter

Byta, rikta och reparera plåtdetaljer samt utföra svetsning och limning där det krävs

Bedöma skador och välja lämplig reparationsmetod utifrån arbetsorder och skadeberäkning

Säkerställa att passform, mått och karossens säkerhetsfunktioner återställs korrekt

Samarbeta med skadeberäknare, billackerare och övriga kollegor för att planera arbetet och hålla leveranstider

Dokumentera utfört arbete och rapportera eventuella avvikelser eller tillkommande skador

Följa företagets arbetsmiljö-, säkerhets- och kvalitetsrutiner samt bidra till ordning i verkstaden

Krav & önskade kvalifikationer Yrkesutbildning eller dokumenterad erfarenhet som bilplåtslagare inom fordonsbranschen

Erfarenhet av karosserireparationer, riktbänksarbete och svetsning

God förståelse för moderna fordons konstruktion, material och reparationsmetoder

Noggrann, kvalitetsmedveten och lösningsorienterad

Förmåga att samarbeta i team samt arbeta strukturerat och självständigt

B-körkort krävs
