Vi brukar kalla våra medarbetare för servicehjältar – eftersom det är precis det vi arbetar med varje dag: att hjälpa våra kunder, lösa deras behov och skapa en upplevelse som gör att de gärna kommer tillbaka. MABI Hyrbilar är ett svenskt hyrbilsföretag med uthyrningsstationer över hela landet. Nu söker vi en biluthyrare till vår station i Skellefteå. Här får du ett varierande arbete där ingen dag behöver vara den andra lik. Du möter kunder, hanterar våra fordon och ser till att allt fungerar smidigt – alltid med kunskap, professionalitet och ett välkomnande leende. Har du erfarenhet från biluthyrning är det meriterande, men inget krav. Det viktigaste för oss är din känsla för service och ditt engagemang för kunden. Om du är ny i branschen ser vi till att du får den utbildning och introduktion du behöver.

Hur ser en dag ut för en biluthyrare? Som medarbetare hos oss har du en viktig roll i att skapa en riktigt bra kundupplevelse. Det innebär bland annat att säkerställa att bilen kunden har bokat är ren, välvårdad och i toppskick när det är dags att hämta den. Du tar emot och går igenom nya fordon som kommer till stationen, genomför skadekontroller och ansvarar för att bilarna är städade och klara – både invändigt och utvändigt. Du kommer även att köra ut och hämta fordon samt hjälpa till med olika administrativa arbetsuppgifter. Kort sagt är det här ett praktiskt, varierande och socialt jobb för dig som trivs med att vara på språng och gillar när det händer saker under arbetsdagen. Visst låter det här som jobbet för dig? Vi söker dig som har B-körkort och som trivs i ett serviceinriktat arbete med många olika kontaktytor. Det är meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet från ett serviceyrke där kundkontakt varit en naturlig del av vardagen. Du har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, är noggrann och ansvarstagande och har lätt för att ta egna initiativ. Du gillar att samarbeta med andra, men känner dig också trygg med att arbeta självständigt.
