VOOB söker erfarna chefer inom kommunala, regionala, privata och stiftelsedrivna vårdinrättningar till ett nationellt mentorskapsnätverk Sverige står inför en av de största kompetensutmaningarna i modern tid. För att lyckas krävs inte bara internationell rekrytering utan också en stark struktur för professionell integration i verksamheterna. Vård och Omsorgsbolaget (VOOB) AB söker nu erfarna chefer och ledare inom svensk vård och omsorg som vill bidra till detta arbete genom att delta i vårt nationella mentorskapsnätverk. Uppdraget handlar om att stödja både de internationellt utbildade sjuksköterskor som VOOB introducerar till svensk vård, och de verksamheter som tar emot dem. Som mentor fungerar du även som bollplank och stöd för de lokala chefer som leder integrationsarbetet i sina verksamheter. Om VOOB Vård och Omsorgsbolaget (VOOB) AB driver ett långsiktigt initiativ för internationell rekrytering, utbildning och professionell integration av sjuksköterskor från Indien till svensk vård och omsorg. VOOB arbetar i nära samverkan med kommuner, regioner samt privata och stiftelsedrivna vårdinrättningar för att bygga en hållbar modell för framtidens kompetensförsörjning inom svensk hälso- och sjukvård. Uppdragets innehåll Som mentor och coach inom VOOB:s integrationsprogram bidrar du till att: Stötta internationellt utbildade sjuksköterskor i deras yrkesmässiga och kulturella introduktion till svensk vård Vara ett professionellt stöd för chefer och medarbetare i mottagande verksamheter Bidra till trygghet, struktur och lärande i det lokala integrationsarbetet Dela erfarenheter av ledarskap, samverkan och arbetsmiljö inom svensk hälso- och sjukvård

Uppdraget genomförs helt digitalt och på distans, vilket gör det möjligt att delta oavsett geografisk placering. Vi söker dig som är eller har varit: Hälso- och sjukvårdsdirektör, HR-direktör eller avdelningschef/verksamhetschef inom slutenvård eller primärvård i regional verksamhet eller motsvarande roll hos privat eller stiftelsedriven vårdgivare, Enhetschef, områdeschef eller verksamhetschef inom kommunal hälso- och sjukvård eller motsvarande verksamhet i privat eller stiftelsedriven regi, HR-chef eller HR-strateg med ansvar för vård- och omsorgspersonal i kommunal eller regional verksamhet, eller motsvarande ansvar hos privat eller stiftelsedriven aktör, Socialchef, medicinskt ansvarig sjuksköterska (MAS) eller chef inom kommunal hälso- och sjukvårdsförvaltning, eller annan befattning med motsvarande erfarenhet av ledarskap inom vård och omsorg. Du har flerårig erfarenhet av strategiskt ledarskap inom offentlig sektor eller motsvarande verksamhet, förståelse för svensk förvaltningskultur och en vilja att bidra till utveckling och inkludering i svensk vårdsektor.
