Hemfrid söker nu en serviceteamare till Kungsbacka med omnejd. I rollen får du möjlighet att använda din erfarenhet inom städning samtidigt som du stöttar både kunder och kollegor i det dagliga arbetet. Som serviceteamare blir du en viktig del av vårt kvalitetsteam och arbetar nära Area Manager och Field Lead. Du får en varierad arbetsdag där ingen dag behöver se likadan ut. Vad erbjuder vi? Om rollen I rollen som serviceteamare arbetar du med att säkerställa att våra kunder får service med hög kvalitet. Du kommer att utföra olika typer av städuppdrag och samtidigt vara ett stöd för våra medarbetare ute på fältet. Arbetsuppgifterna kan bland annat bestå av:

Arbetet är huvudsakligen förlagt till Kungsbacka med omnejd. Vid behov kan du även komma att stötta i närliggande områden. Vem söker vi? Hemfrid is now looking for a Service Team Member in Kungsbacka and the surrounding areas. This is an opportunity to use your cleaning experience while supporting both customers and colleagues in their daily work. As a Service Team Member, you will be an important part of our quality team and work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead. The role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to make a real difference in our daily operations. What do we offer? An 85% position

About the role As a Service Team Member, you help ensure that our customers receive high-quality service. You will carry out different types of cleaning assignments while also supporting our employees in the field. Your responsibilities may include:

Initial cleanings

Deep cleanings

Window cleaning

Covering shifts when needed

Quality inspections

Introducing new employees when needed

Key handling when required

The role is primarily based in Kungsbacka and the surrounding areas. You may occasionally support nearby areas when needed. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with experience in home cleaning who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You are confident in your professional role and can independently plan and carry out different types of cleaning assignments. To succeed in this role, you are:

Detail-oriented and quality-focused

Experienced in home cleaning

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Responsible and solution-oriented

Professional and service-minded

Flexible and able to adapt to different customers and situations

Hold a valid B driving licence
