Vi söker nu engagerade Studie- och yrkesvägledare (SYV) till ett flexibelt extrajobb på grund- och gymnasieskolor i Borlänge, Hedemora och Ludvika

Om uppdraget Bemannia är ett auktoriserat bemanningsföretag med 35 års erfarenhet av bemanning och rekrytering. Vi har i nuläget avtal med bland annat Borlänge, Hedemora och Ludvika för att stötta upp med engagerade vikarier till deras kommunala grundskolor samt gymnasium. Dina arbetsuppgifter I rollen som Studie- och yrkesvägledare ersätter du skolans ordinarie personal vid frånvaro. Några av arbetsuppgifterna är:

Individuella vägledningssamtal - kartlägga intressen, förmågor och framtidsdrömmar

Gruppvägledning och studie- och yrkesorienterandeaktiviteter för hela klasser

Stödja elever med NPF, frånvaro eller otydliga framtidsplaner att hitta en realistisk väg framåt

Bidra i elevhälsoteamet med perspektiv på utanförskap, avhopp och framtidstro

Samordna prao, arbetsplatsbesök och kontakter med gymnasieskolor och arbetsgivare

Samverka med vårdnadshavare, lärare och externa aktörer (Arbetsförmedlingen, SFI, UaA)

Dina kvalifikationer

Studie-och yrkesvägledarexamen.

Minst 2 års arbetslivserfarenhet av liknande arbete
