Business Analyst – Digital Solutions Vi söker nu en erfaren Business Analyst för ett spännande uppdrag till en av våra kunder inom Digital Solutions. I rollen ansvarar du för att leda initiativ från idé och kravställning till utveckling, implementation och driftsättning. Du fungerar som länken mellan verksamhet, ledning och leveransteam och säkerställer att projekt genomförs enligt plan, budget och uppsatta mål. Arbetsuppgifter Leda initiativ genom hela livscykeln – från kravinsamling och design till utveckling, implementation och överlämning. Definiera projektets omfattning, tidplan, budget och riskhanteringsplan. Planera aktiviteter, resurser och tidslinjer för ett effektivt genomförande. Säkerställa processer för kvalitet, scope management och riskhantering. Följa upp projektens framdrift, ekonomi och leveranser samt vidta korrigerande åtgärder vid behov. Ta fram och presentera statusrapporter och beslutsunderlag för ledning och intressenter. Hantera förändringar och säkerställa att överenskomna leveranser uppfylls. Bygga och utveckla goda relationer med verksamheten och andra intressenter genom tydlig och regelbunden kommunikation. Samarbeta nära Solution Team Lead och övriga teammedlemmar. Identifiera och hantera risker och hinder för att säkerställa projektens framgång.AI-lösningar Automatisering Digitala lösningar Data Engineering eller Data Science IT-lösningar

Vi söker dig som har Minst 5 års erfarenhet av att leda projekt och/eller projektportföljer inom något av följande områden: Gedigen erfarenhet av projekt- och portföljstyrning. God förståelse för Agile och Scaled Agile arbetssätt. Praktisk erfarenhet av Jira och ServiceNow. Kunskap om SAFe och ITIL. Akademisk examen inom datavetenskap, data science, ekonomi, ingenjörsområde eller motsvarande relevant erfarenhet.

Personliga egenskaper Vi söker en senior Business Analyst med mycket god kommunikativ förmåga. Du är van att arbeta nära ledning och intressenter, kan förenkla komplexa frågeställningar och fatta välgrundade beslut baserade på fakta och data. Du är en naturlig ledare som skapar förtroende, tydlighet och engagemang. Med ett samarbetsinriktat arbetssätt driver du initiativ framåt och säkerställer att tvärfunktionella team levererar resultat. Kan detta vara ett uppdrag som passar dig?
