Vill du arbeta nära forskning och utveckling och bidra med ekonomiska insikter? Tikk Takk söker en Business Controller för ett konsultuppdrag hos vår kund i Södertälje.

Om uppdraget I rollen blir du en viktig affärspartner till chefer inom forskning och utveckling, R&D. Du stöttar verksamheten med finansiell analys, ekonomisk styrning och beslutsunderlag som bidrar till välgrundade prioriteringar och förbättrade resultat.

Du rapporterar till Head of R&D Controlling och deltar aktivt i ledningsgrupper. Arbetet innebär ett nära samarbete med R&D, andra controllingfunktioner och kontaktytor i en internationell organisation.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: - Arbeta med finansiell planering, budget och prognoser. - Ta fram ekonomiska analyser, affärskalkyler och scenarioanalyser som stöd för beslut. - Följa upp nyckeltal samt sammanställa och presentera ekonomiska resultat. - Stötta R&D-ledare i strategiska beslut, ekonomiska prioriteringar och verksamhetsuppföljning. - Bidra till utvecklingen av processer, metoder och verktyg för controlling inom R&D.

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är analytisk, affärsorienterad och trygg i att omsätta finansiella data till konkreta rekommendationer. Du har hög integritet och bygger förtroende genom ett strukturerat arbetssätt och tydlig kommunikation.

Du är nyfiken på teknik, produkter och verksamhet och vill förstå vad som driver framgång inom forskning och utveckling. Du trivs med att samarbeta över funktionsgränser och har gärna intresse för elektrifiering, batteriteknik och omställningen inom industrin för kommersiella fordon.

Vi söker dig som har: - Master- eller civilingenjörsexamen inom ekonomi, företagsekonomi, industriell ekonomi eller ett närliggande område. - Minst tre års erfarenhet av Business Controlling, gärna fem år eller mer. - Erfarenhet av att stötta seniora beslutsfattare och ledningsgrupper i en komplex, internationell miljö. - Förmåga att omsätta ekonomiska analyser till insikter och åtgärder som förbättrar verksamhetens resultat. - Mycket god analytisk och digital förmåga samt avancerade kunskaper i Excel, Power BI och PowerPoint. - Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Erfarenhet av SAP är starkt meriterande. Kunskaper i svenska är också meriterande.

Omfattning och placering - Uppdragsform: Konsultuppdrag genom Tikk Takk. - Omfattning: Heltid, 40 timmar per vecka. - Placering: Södertälje (publiceras under Stockholm), hybrid med tre dagar per vecka på plats. - Start: Enligt överenskommelse. - Uppdragets slutdatum: 31 december 2026. - Intervju: Genomförs företrädesvis på plats.
