We are growing our personal care commercial team and are looking for a Business Development Manager (personal care) to help turn early market traction into a growing business. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone with experience in business development, account management, and distributor management in the personal care or cosmetic ingredients sector, who wants to grow with a fast-scaling company. While the focus is personal care, there is flexibility to contribute to our food business as priorities evolve. The role involves travel within Sweden and abroad and may require work outside normal office hours.

Enable distributor sales and tech. teams with the necessary product knowledge, samples, technical and regulatory documentation, and marketing materials. Support the identification and onboarding of new distribution partners and coordinate forecasts, orders, and sample logistics with distributors and internal teams.

Customer support & market insight Coordinate sample requests, formulation trials, and follow-ups with customers and distributors, working closely with R&D and application teams. Ensure customers and partners have timely access to product and regulatory documentation (e.g., TDS, SDS, INCI, REACH, natural origin index), in collaboration with the regulatory team. Collect and share customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to support product development, positioning, and commercial decisions.

Market presence & cross-functional collaboration Represent Melt&Marble at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, and support distributor-led customer events. Collaborate with marketing, R&D, regulatory, operations, and commercial teams to support sales initiatives, develop market-facing materials, and align business activities. As business needs evolve, contribute to business development activities across Melt&Marble's broader ingredient portfolio, leveraging commercial and channel-management expertise across sectors.

We Offer: A mission-driven, collaborative environment where your work contributes to global sustainability and innovation in personal care. A high-growth startup culture that values initiative, creativity, & impact. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
