Bussförare – Gotlandsbuss Gotlandsbuss är en central del av den gotländska kollektivtrafiken. Varje dag hjälper vi människor att ta sig till arbete, skola, fritidsaktiviteter och sommarens alla evenemang. Förutom linjetrafik kör vi även skoltrafik och beställningstrafik, vilket ger en varierad och utvecklande arbetsvardag. Gotland är känt för sina ljusa sommarkvällar, vackra kustmiljöer och levande sommar, en plats där jobb och livskvalitet möts. Vi söker vi nu bussförare som vill bli en viktig del av vårt team och ge resenärerna en trygg och positiv resa. Arbetsuppgifter Som bussförare hos Gotlandsbuss får du en varierad tjänst där du kan köra både linjetrafik, skoltrafik och beställningstrafik. Oavsett uppdrag är du en av våra viktigaste representanter ut mot resenärerna. Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar: Att framföra buss på ett säkert, ansvarsfullt och professionellt sätt Att köra med fokus på miljövänlig och ekonomisk körning Att hantera trafiksituationer lugnt och tryggt, även vid stress eller störningar Att möta resenärer med ett serviceinriktat och trevligt bemötande Att köra skoltrafik med ansvar för barn och ungdomars trygghet Att köra beställningstrafik, såsom gruppresor, föreningsresor eller eventkörningar Att representera Gotlandsbuss på ett sätt som speglar våra höga ambitioner Att samarbeta med trafikledning och kollegor för en effektiv trafik

Kvalifikationer Krav: D-körkort Giltigt YKB Förarkort till digital färdskrivare Goda kunskaper i svenska samt förmåga att kommunicera på engelska Tillgång till egen bil (varierande arbetstider)

Meriterande: Erfarenhet som bussförare, särskilt inom linje-, skol- eller beställningstrafik Erfarenhet av kundservice eller serviceinriktade yrken

Introduktion och stöd Du får en introduktionsutbildning ledd av erfarna bussförare. Under arbetet har du även stöd av vår trafikledning, som finns tillgänglig för att hjälpa och guida dig när situationer uppstår i trafiken. Säkerhet och kontroller Som en del av vårt säkerhetsarbete gäller följande: Alkohol- och drogtest görs innan anställning Slumpvisa alkohol- och drogtester förekommer löpande under anställningen Utdrag ur Polisens belastningsregister krävs vid anställning
