OM ROLLEN Vi söker nu en engagerad butikschef till vår butik Nova Lund i Lund. Som butikschef hos oss ansvarar du för den dagliga driften, butikens resultat och utvecklingen av ditt team. Du leder verksamheten framåt genom ett närvarande ledarskap där du coachar, inspirerar och skapar förutsättningar för både medarbetare och butik att nå sin fulla potential. Våra butiker utvecklas kontinuerligt som Service Points, där kundmöten sker både i butik och genom digitala kanaler. Du arbetar aktivt med försäljning, nyckeltal och affärsmässig uppföljning samtidigt som du säkerställer att kunderna möts av en inspirerande butik och ett engagerat team.

Leda, coacha och utveckla teamet i det dagliga arbetet

Ansvara för bemanning, schemaläggning och rekrytering

VI TROR ATT DU ÄR Du är en tydlig och närvarande ledare som trivs i en operativ roll nära teamet. Du motiveras av att skapa resultat tillsammans med andra och driver utveckling genom ett strukturerat och ansvarstagande ledarskap. • Har erfarenhet av försäljning, gärna inom retail • Har ledarerfarenhet eller redo att ta nästa steg • Trivs med att arbeta mot mål och följa upp resultat • Har god affärsförståelse och insikt i vad som driver försäljning • Erfarenhet av bemanning, schemaläggning och rekrytering • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift
