OM BUTIKEN Pingstkyrkan i Helsingborg driver, i samarbete med PMU (Pingstmissionens Utvecklingssamarbete), PMU Second Hand Helsingborg. Arbetet vilar på en kristen grund och är en del av Pingstförsamlingen i Helsingborgs verksamhet. Syftet med butiken är att generera ekonomiskt överskott till sociala och humanitära insatser både lokalt genom pingstförsamlingens sociala arbete och internationellt genom utvecklings och humanitära projekt som drivs av PMU och till viss del av församlingen. En annan del av vårt syfte är att aktivt göra skillnad för vår miljö. Second hand är det miljösmarta alternativet när det gäller konsumtion. Vi vill också vara med och bereda sysselsättning för människor utanför den reguljära arbetsmarknaden genom att vara en plats för människor i olika former av arbetsträning. OM TJÄNSTEN Tjänsten är ett vikariat som butikschef på 100% perioden 1 december 2026 - 31 augusti 2027. Du ansvarar för att leda/fördela och samordna butikens dagliga arbete och försäljning. Rollen är mycket ”hands-on” där du genom ditt eget genomförande av arbetet också handleder och utvecklar andra. Rollen innebär även att arbeta för en aktiv rekrytering av myndighetsplacerade och volontärer och genomföra studiebesök och uppföljningar med deltagare från utomstående samarbetsaktörer. Som butikschef är du ytterst ansvarig när verksamhetschefen inte är på plats. DEN VI SÖKER Vi söker en person som brinner för försäljning, ser möjligheter och drivs av att skapa resultat. Du har ett naturligt affärstänk och förstår vad som får kunder att vilja komma in, handla och komma tillbaka. Du ser potential i varorna vi får in och vet hur sortiment, prissättning, exponering och kundbemötande kan användas för att öka försäljningen. Din sociala förmåga är mycket viktig och vi kommer att utgå från personlig lämplighet. Du har ett öppet och representativt sätt och du har god förmåga att utveckla och handleda människor utifrån deras egna förutsättningar. Du delar gärna vår kristna tro och vad det innebär att arbeta i nära samarbete med en församling. Vi vill att du som söker: Har erfarenhet av försäljning Kan handleda, motivera och inspirera butiksmedarbetare, volontärer och arbetstränande Tycker om att arbeta i butik med daglig drift och varierande uppgifter Är initiativtagande och gillar när det händer mycket Delar våra värderingar
