Som butikschef i Marty Uppsala blir du både ledare och inspiratör. Du ansvarar för den dagliga driften, coachar och utvecklar ditt team, driver försäljningen framåt och ser till att kunderna alltid får en förstklassig upplevelse. Rollen innebär även ansvar för planering, personalfrågor och uppföljning av resultat och lönsamhet. Vi söker dig som har dokumenterad erfarenhet av försäljning och ledarskap inom detaljhandeln. Du trivs i en dynamisk miljö, har god förståelse för ekonomi och budgetarbete, och motiveras av att se både människor och resultat utvecklas. Din sociala kompetens, flexibilitet och känsla för mode gör dig till en naturlig ambassadör för Marty. Hos oss får du möjlighet att arbeta med några av de mest välkända varumärkena inom premiumsegmentet – bland andra Stenströms, Sand Copenhagen, Busnel, Day Birger et Mikkelsen, Hansen & Jacob. Tjänsten på 100% innefattar både vardags- och helgjobb och är en tillsvidareanställning med tillämpning av 6 månaders provanställning. Tillträde omgående enligt överenskommelse. Anställningen sker i bolaget Marty Group. Pension och försäkringar enligt kollektivavtal genom Handelsanställdas förbund.
