I samband med att vi utökar vår verksamhet söker vi en butikssäljare till vårt team på Blomlöfs på Saltö i Karlskrona. Om tjänsten Som butikssäljare hos oss kommer du att vara en viktig del av den dagliga driften i butiken. Vi söker dig som har ett genuint intresse för mat, människor & service. Vi söker dig som ser positivt på en utmaning och som alltid vill skapa de bästa möjliga förutsättningar, för både kunder & kollegor. Vi söker dig som trivs i en fartfylld miljö tillsammans med kollegor, samtidigt som du är trygg med att kunna arbeta självständigt och är van att våga ta egna beslut. Vi söker dig som kan vara en god ambassadör för oss på Blomlöfs. Vår Fiskbutik & Deli innefattar en manuell disk med fisk, skaldjur, rökta produkter och ostar. Vi tillverkar även mackor, sallader, pajer mm. I vår restaurang erbjuder vi lunchservering, men tar regelbundet emot företagssittningar och skapar andra evenemang även kvällstid. Har du ett intresse och erfarenhet av restaurang är även detta meriterande. Tjänsten innefattar även arbete i vår kallskänk & catering- verksamhet. Blomlöfs på Saltö är en verksamhet i utveckling och under våren 2025 öppnade vi dessutom ett hotell i samma byggnad som vår restaurang och butik. Här har du möjlighet att vara med på en spännande resa där vi ständigt utvecklar verksamheten och sätter kvalitet och kreativitet i fokus. Vi söker dig som: • Har minst tre års dokumenterad erfarenhet av servicebranschen. • Vi värdesätter om du tidigare arbetat med öppna livsmedel. • Har erfarenhet av att arbeta med inköp. • Är ansvarstagande, engagerad, kreativ, värdesätter samarbete och variation. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet och söker en kollega som vill vara med och utveckla vår verksamhet. Tjänsten innefattar arbete varannan lördag. Provanställning kan förekomma. Tjänsten är mellan 50- 100% Startdatum: enligt överenskommelser
