WaveCrest söker nu, på uppdrag av Swedish Match, en Snusexpert till Swedish Match Store i Lund. Tjänsten är en direktanställning hos Swedish Match. Om Swedish Match Swedish Match är en del av Philip Morris International och arbetar mot visionen om en rökfri framtid. Med starka varumärken, hög kvalitet och en tydlig framtidsresa har de etablerat sig som en ledande aktör på marknaden och söker nu nästa stjärna till teamet i Lund. Swedish Match Store i Lund är en av deras sex butiker i Sverige där engagerade medarbetare varje dag arbetar med att skapa förstklassiga kundupplevelser med fokus på Swedish Matchs produkter. Om rollen Som Snusexpert blir du en viktig del av butikens dagliga verksamhet och en av Swedish Matchs främsta representanter ut mot kund. Tillsammans med teamet ansvarar du för att skapa en välkomnande butiksmiljö och guida kunder genom sortimentet med hög service och produktkunskap. Du arbetar nära kunderna, hjälper till i den dagliga driften av butiken och bidrar till att varje kund får en professionell och positiv upplevelse. Tjänsten omfattar 50 %, med arbetstider förlagda till både vardagar och helger. Anställningen inleds med en provanställning på sex månader, med möjlighet till förlängning i ytterligare sex månader. Önskat tillträde är omgående. Vi tror att du: Har erfarenhet från försäljning, detaljhandel, service eller restaurang Är social, driven och trivs i mötet med människor Har lätt för att ta initiativ och arbeta självständigt Motiveras av att skapa förstklassiga kundupplevelser Talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska
