Doktor.se Geria Vårdcentral & BVC i Söderköping söker nu en engagerad och trygg BVC-sjuksköterska som vill bli en del av vårt team och vara med och utveckla vår barnhälsovård. Hos oss möter du barn och föräldrar under en viktig period i livet. Vi arbetar för att skapa trygghet, kontinuitet och god hälsa för våra familjer genom hela BVC-tiden.

Om tjänsten Som BVC-sjuksköterska hos oss kommer du bland annat att:

Ansvara för sedvanligt BVC-arbete enligt barnhälsovårdens riktlinjer.

Följa barns utveckling och hälsa från nyföddhetsperioden och upp genom BVC-åren.

Genomföra hälsokontroller, vaccinationer och föräldrastöd.

Ge råd och stöd kring barns hälsa, utveckling, kost och föräldraskap.

Uppmärksamma barn och familjer som behöver extra stöd och vid behov samverka med andra professioner och verksamheter.

Arbeta nära kollegorna på vårdcentralen och tillsammans med Familjecentralens övriga verksamheter.

Vår BVC-verksamhet finns på Familjecentralen på Östra Rydsvägen 16 A i Söderköping, där vi samarbetar med familjecentralsteamet och den öppna förskolan.

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska, med specialistutbildning till distriktssköterska eller barnsjuksköterska och erfarenhet av arbete inom BVC. Du är trygg i din yrkesroll, har ett genuint intresse för barn och familjer och tycker om att skapa goda relationer. Du arbetar självständigt men uppskattar samtidigt ett nära samarbete med kollegor och andra professioner. Som person är du:
