Byggledare Säkerhetstekniska System Vi söker nu en erfaren Byggledare Säkerhetstekniska System till ett omfattande och samhällsviktigt infrastrukturprojekt i Stockholm. Uppdraget passar dig som har gedigen erfarenhet av installationsledning och vill arbeta i komplexa projektmiljöer med höga krav på samordning, säkerhet och kvalitet. Om uppdraget I rollen som Byggledare Säkerhetstekniska System arbetar du nära projektledning, entreprenörer och övrig byggledning för att säkerställa framdrift och kvalitet inom säkerhetstekniska installationer under byggtiden. Du ansvarar för uppföljning av entreprenörernas arbete avseende:

Du kommer även att arbeta med:

Samordning mellan olika entreprenörer

Produktionsnära byggledning

Testning, provning och överlämning

Dokumentationsuppföljning

Säkerställande av entreprenörers åtaganden

Systemområdena omfattar bland annat:

Radiosystem

Utrymningslarmssystem

Positionerings- och passagekontrollsystem

Centrala säkerhetssystem

Datanätverk (LAN)

Uppdraget kan även innefatta byggledning inom övriga installationsområden såsom el, ventilation, VA, telesystem och brandtekniska installationer. Kravprofil Obligatoriska krav För att vara aktuell för rollen ska du ha:

Yrkeshögskole- eller högskoleutbildning inom bygg- och anläggning eller motsvarande kompetens förvärvad på annat sätt

Minst 5 års erfarenhet av arbete som installationsledare

God kunskap om AB/ABT och entreprenadjuridik

B-körkort

Meriterande Det är meriterande om du har:

Minst 3 års erfarenhet av säkerhetstekniska eller teletekniska system

Utbildning som handläggare BAS-U och BAS-P

Minst 3 års erfarenhet av tidplanering och uppföljning

Minst 5 års erfarenhet i arbetsledande roll inom installation
