Om rollen Som byggledare/senior projektledare hos Bengt Dahlgren ansvarar du för att planera, leda och driva projekt eller delprojekt från start till mål. Du säkerställer att leveransen sker enligt mål, tidplan och budget och fungerar som en viktig kontaktperson både internt och externt. Rollen innebär att du arbetar nära kunder, projektgrupper och kollegor och bidrar till att skapa god framdrift, tydlighet och kvalitet i projekten. Du följer upp projektets status, ekonomi och resurser samt säkerställer att arbetet genomförs i enlighet med bolagets riktlinjer, processer och rutiner. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter

Leda och driva projekt från planering till leverans enligt mål, tidplan och budget.

Ansvara för projektets ekonomi, resurser, bemanning och uppföljning.

Samordna projektteam samt vara kontaktperson mot kunder och samarbetspartners.

Bidra till affärsutveckling, kundrelationer och utveckling av arbetssätt och kompetens.

Vi söker dig som är en erfaren projektledare eller byggledare som trivs med att leda större och komplexa bygg- och fastighetsprojekt. Du har förmåga att skapa struktur, driva projekt framåt och bygga goda relationer med kunder, kollegor och andra intressenter. Rollen passar någon som är affärsmässig, handlingskraftig och delar Bengt Dahlgrens värderingar: helhetssyn, engagemang och mod. Du har:

Relevant akademisk utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet.

Minst 10 års erfarenhet av projektledning inom bygg- eller fastighetsbranschen.

Kunskap inom entreprenadjuridik, arbetsmiljö och byggbranschens regelverk.

God systemvana, erfarenhet av Microsoft 365 samt goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.

B-körkort.

Det är meriterande om du har

Certifiering inom projektledning, exempelvis IPMA eller PMP.

Erfarenhet av större och komplexa bygg- och fastighetsprojekt.

Kunskap inom projektekonomi, tidplanering och riskhantering.

Erfarenhet av BIM eller andra projekt- och granskningsverktyg.

Ett etablerat nätverk inom bygg- och fastighetsbranschen.
