Byttorps IF söker en kanslichef

Gillar du föreningsliv, människor och att ha många olika kontaktytor? Då kan du vara vår nya kanslichef! Byttorps Idrottsförening är en flersektionsförening med närmare 1 000 medlemmar, varav cirka 750 är aktiva. Våra tre sektioner är fotboll, handboll och bordtennis. Utöver detta har vi bland annat fritidsgård, seniorverksamhet och caféverksamhet. Vi arrangerar också flera större evenemang under året och störst är Bra Kompis Klassfotboll som samlar över 1 000 deltagare. Kansliet är föreningens nav och som kanslichef har du en viktig roll i att hålla ihop den dagliga driften och administrationen. Du får en varierad roll med många kontaktytor och möjlighet att vara med att utveckla föreningen. Du blir ett stöd för sektionerna, ledarna och våra medlemmar och har kontakter externt med bland annat kommun, förbund, andra föreningar och samarbetspartners. Vi söker därför dig som trivs med människor, är serviceinriktad och har lätt för att skapa goda relationer. Tjänsten kräver körkort och tillgång till bil. Arbetet är i huvudsak förlagt till dagtid, men kvälls- och helgarbete förekommer regelbundet.

Arbetsuppgifter Arbetsledning av övrig kanslipersonal Administrativt stöd till sektioner, ledare och medlemmar Daglig kontakt med kommun, förbund och andra föreningar Marknadsföring och kommunikation Önskvärt med ekonomi- och fakturahantering Deltagande i förenings- och sektionsmöten Match- och domaradministration för samtliga sektioner Ansvar för föreningens hemsida och sociala medier
