Vill du arbeta med avancerad CNC-teknik och vara med och utveckla framtidens elektriska båtar? Har du erfarenhet av 5-axlig bearbetning och ett genuint teknikintresse?

ARBETSUPPGIFTER I rollen som CAM-beredare blir du en viktig del av produktionsorganisationen och arbetar med att ta fram produktionsunderlag och CNC-program för företagets moderna maskinpark, som består av två 5-axliga fräsar. Här bearbetas allt från formar och fixturer till färdiga komponenter i avancerade kompositmaterial. Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

Ta fram produktionsunderlag och CNC-program för 5-axlig bearbetning

Planera och utveckla effektiva bearbetnings- och fixtureringsmetoder

Arbeta med kalkylering och verifiering av tillverkningsprocesser för att säkerställa kapacitet och kvalitet

Ansvara för bearbetning av avancerade kompositmaterial, framför allt kolfiber- och glasfiberkompositer

Samarbeta med konstruktion, verktygsförare och produktionstekniker för att säkerställa effektiva program och fixturlösningar

Delta i kontinuerligt standardiserings- och metodutvecklingsarbete för att optimera produktionen

Arbeta med mätteknik och kvalitetskontroll för att säkerställa att tillverkade komponenter håller rätt kvalitet

PERSONLIGA EGENSKAPER OCH KVALIFIKATIONER För att trivas i rollen som CAM-beredare är du strukturerad, noggrann och lösningsorienterad. Du har ett genuint intresse för teknik och motiveras av att hitta smarta och effektiva lösningar på tekniska utmaningar. Du tar egna initiativ och trivs med att ha ett stort eget ansvar, samtidigt som du är kommunikativ och uppskattar att samarbeta med kollegor från olika delar av organisationen. Du har ett kvalitetsmedvetet arbetssätt och förstår vikten av precision i hela tillverkningsprocessen.

Vi ser gärna att du har följande kvalifikationer:

Erfarenhet av produktionsteknik eller verkstadsarbete med inriktning mot maskinbearbetning

Teknisk utbildning, exempelvis som CNC-tekniker eller ingenjör

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av CNC-fräsning och CAM-beredning

Erfarenhet av 5-axlig bearbetning

Goda kunskaper i CAD/CAM-system

Erfarenhet av CNC-styrsystem

Erfarenhet av mätteknik och kvalitetskontroll

God datorvana

Flytande svenska eller engelska i tal och skrift

Det är meriterande om du har:

Erfarenhet av SolidWorks och/eller Mastercam

Erfarenhet av bearbetning av kompositmaterial såsom kolfiber och glasfiber

Ytterligare erfarenhet inom produktionsteknik och metodutveckling
