Om oss Avdelningen har 13 vårdplatser med modern vårdhygienisk standard i nyrenoverade fräscha lokaler i Vårbergs Sjukhem med gångavstånd till bussar och tunnelbana station Vårberg. Vården bedrivs på uppdrag av region Stockholm. Vi erbjuder somatisk behandling för vuxna i hemlöshet, från 18 år och äldre. Målgruppen är människor som är hänvisade till härbärge, akut- eller jourboende, skyddat boende eller är uteliggare. Våra patienter har komplexa vårdbehov, ofta i kombination med psykisk sjukdom, funktionshinder och/eller beroende. Vanliga diagnoser är KOL, hjärtsvikt, olika neurologiska sjukdomar, diabetes, bensår och cancerdiagnoser. På avdelningen arbetar en läkare, enhetschef, sjuksköterskor, undersköterskor, vårdsamordnare, fysioterapeut samt arbetsterapeut. Vi ser varje individ som en person med unika behov, erfarenheter och mänskliga resurser. Utgångspunkten är alltid patientens berättelse och att försöka motivera personen till en förbättrad psykosocial situation. Helhetssyn, tillgänglighet och samverkan är grundstenarna i vår verksamhet. Vi söker nu undersköterska för för särskild visstidsanställning. Din roll Arbetsuppgifterna som undersköterska är varierande då vi vårdar patienter med komplexa vårdbehov. Tillsammans med det multiprofessionella teamet är du med och ansvarar för patienternas omvårdnad. Arbetet på vår slutenvårdsavdelning ger dig möjlighet att bredda din kompetens vad gäller omvårdnad av människor i hemlöshet. Vården bedrivs enligt HSL. Vi erbjuder dig • Kollektivavtal • Närvarande chef • En inkluderande arbetsplats där vi lär av varandra Om dig Du är utbildad undersköterska och har fått ditt bevis på skyddad yrkestitel från socialstyrelsen. Vi söker dig som känner dig trygg i din yrkesroll som undersköterska. Erfarenhet från slutenvård eller akutsjukvård är meriterande. Du ska ha förmågan att se hela människans individuella behov och kunna bemöta patienter som är socialt utsatta på ett värdigt och respektfullt sätt. Anställningsvillkor: Särskild visstidsanställning med tjänstgöring på både schemalagd arbetstid och nattjänstgöring. Tillträde enligt överenskommelse.
