Om tjänsten SuperRen hanterar denna aktiva rekrytering åt en kund i närområdet och söker en chaufför för person- och godstransporter. Du kommer att arbeta med säkra och punktliga transporter med fokus på trygghet, kundkontakt och följsamhet till rutiner och trafikregler. Anställningen sker direkt hos kundföretaget och rekryteringen sköts av SuperRen på uppdrag av kunden.

Vad du kommer att göra Genomföra dagliga fordonskontroller och säkerställa att fordonet är trafikdugligt inför varje körning. Lasta och lossa gods på ett säkert och ergonomiskt sätt samt säkra last enligt gällande regler. Följa körscheman och navigera effektivt för att upprätthålla punktlighet, inklusive tidiga morgnar, kvällar och helger. Dokumentera leveranser, signaturer och eventuella avvikelser i körjournal och transportsystem. Säkerställa god kundkontakt vid avlämning och upphämtning, informera kunder vid förseningar och hantera enklare kundfrågor professionellt. Använda säkra arbetsrutiner och miljövänliga körsätt för att minimera bränsleförbrukning och påverkan på miljön.

Vem vi söker Du har giltigt körkort för aktuell fordonstyp och god lokalkännedom eller vilja att lära dig rutterna. Du är punktlig, ansvarsfull och serviceinriktad; stresstålig och lugn i trafiksituationer. Du har god kommunikationsförmåga och kan dokumentera och rapportera enligt rutiner. Du är driven och tar eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter Du levererar hög kvalitet och noggrannhet i varje moment Du har lätt för att samarbeta och bidrar till god stämning Du är öppen för att lära dig nya rutiner och anpassa dig efter kundens behov

Anställningsform och lön Exakt anställningsform och omfattning bestäms i samråd med kunden utifrån verksamhetens behov. Anställningen blir direkt hos kundföretaget i närområdet i enlighet med lagen om anställningsskydd (LAS 1982:80) och tillämpligt kollektivavtal. Lön följer kundens avtal och branschpraxis.
