Har du en utbildning inom maskinteknik eller liknande, och erfarenhet av produktutveckling? Trivs du med att lösa tekniska problem och leda utvecklingsarbete? Hos Interspiro får du möjlighet att bidra till innovativa produkter som skyddar människor i krävande miljöer. Interspiro utvecklar och tillverkar andningsutrustning för bland annat brandmän och professionella dykare. Som chef för mekanikutveckling leder och ansvarar du för området inom Division Fire Fighting. Du leder ett team av 3–4 mekanikingenjörer där utvecklingen till stor del sker inhouse. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med framför allt produktchefer, kvalitet, elektronikutveckling och andra funktioner, inklusive vår testverksamhet (lab) med testingenjörer, med fokus på att driva effektiva utvecklingsprojekt samt vidareutveckla arbetssätt och processer inom utvecklingsorganisationen. Arbetet omfattar både nyutveckling och produktvård av befintligt sortiment. Dina arbetsuppgifter

Leda och utveckla teamet av mekanikingenjörer

Säkerställa att utvecklingsprojekt levererar enligt plan från koncept till färdig produkt

Utveckla och förbättra arbetssätt, processer och metoder inom mekanikutveckling

Delta i möten med partners, underleverantörer, kunder och produktion

Bidra till teknisk strategi och långsiktig utveckling inom mekanikområdet

Säkerställa att konstruktioner är anpassade för produktion och kostnadseffektiv tillverkning

Driva och prioritera arbete kopplat till produktvård av befintligt sortiment

Vi söker dig som har

Högskoleutbildning inom maskinteknik eller liknande

Erfarenhet av produktutveckling inom mekanik

Erfarenhet av att leda team och projekt är meriterande

God kommunikativ förmåga i svenska och engelska

Bred teknisk förståelse inom mekanisk konstruktion

Som person är du drivande, strukturerad, flexibel och prestigelös, med ett tydligt lösningsfokus. Du har en stark teknisk kompetens och bidrar med trygghet i teamet genom ditt sätt att fatta beslut och driva utvecklingen framåt. Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning hos Interspiro i Täby.
