Vill du vara med och forma framtidens automatiserade lagerdrift? ICA DE Västerås står inför en stor automationsresa. Här får du forma ett team under uppbyggnad och påverka samspelet mellan system, automation och varuflöden. Tillsammans bidrar ni till Sveriges livsmedelsförsörjning och till att maten varje dag når ICA-butiker och miljontals människor. Om jobbet som Chef OFO Automation Som chef leder du ett litet team av operativa flödesoptimerare som arbetar med WCS- och automationssystem. Du finns nära driften, stöttar teamets prioriteringar och skapar förutsättningar för effektiva flöden och leveranser i rätt tid. Samtidigt får du sätta din prägel på teamets utveckling, bygga kompetens och etablera tydliga arbetssätt. Tillsammans med teknikorganisationen och automationsleverantören omsätter du verksamhetens behov till krav på automationens prestanda och driver förbättringar. Rollen kombinerar operativt ledarskap med långsiktig utveckling, med möjlighet att på sikt ansvara för fler delar av automationen. Du kommer bland annat att: leda teamet, sätta mål och planera resurser kravställa automationens prestanda och stabilitet driva förbättringsprojekt planera och följa upp underhåll och uppgraderingar.

Är du den vi söker? Vi ser att du har: ledarerfarenhet från logistik eller produktion god förståelse för flödesoptimering eller produktionsstyrning god digital kompetens och förståelse för systemflöden goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska. Erfarenhet av automation, WCS/WMS eller förändrings- och förbättringsarbete är meriterande. Erfarenhet från automatiserad industri är också relevant. Vad händer nu? Urval och intervjuer sker löpande.
