Vad innebär rollen som skiftledare på ChopChop? 🧭 Du kommer att vara en nyckelperson i restaurangens dagliga drift. Det betyder att du:

Leder teamet med energi, tydlighet och schysst attityd – du sätter tonen för skiftet.

Ser till att både kök och servering flyter smidigt – och löser det som dyker upp.

Motiverar kollegor, fördelar arbetsuppgifter och skapar ett tryggt arbetsklimat.

Har öga för detaljer, älskar problemlösning och håller koll på både tempo och kvalitet.

Stöttar restaurangchefen med vissa administrativa uppgifter – som beställningar, schema och personalfrågor.

Bidrar till att nå (och gärna slå!) försäljningsmål under ditt skift.
