CNC-operatör / Komposittekniker För kunds räkning söker vi nu en CNC-operatör. Här får du arbeta i en modern och innovativ produktionsmiljö där avancerad tillverkning möter praktiskt hantverk. Rollen är en kombinationstjänst där du arbetar både med komposittillverkning och CNC-bearbetning, med kvalitet, precision och känsla för detaljer i centrum. Arbetsdagen blir varierad. En del av tiden arbetar du praktiskt med tillverkning och bearbetning av kompositdetaljer, medan en annan del innebär arbete som CNC-operatör med fräsning och bearbetning av framför allt kompositmaterial. För rätt person finns stora möjligheter att lära sig nya tekniker och utvecklas tillsammans med erfarna kollegor i en verksamhet där kvalitet alltid går före genvägar. I rollen kommer du bland annat att arbeta med:

Tillverkning och bearbetning av detaljer i kompositmaterial

CNC-fräsning och maskinbearbetning, framför allt av komposit

Rigging, uppstart och övervakning av CNC-maskiner

Kontroll och mätning av bearbetade detaljer

Slipning, kapning, montering och efterbearbetning

Arbete med ytfinish och detaljanpassning

Ritningsläsning och arbete utifrån tillverkningsunderlag

Kvalitetskontroll genom olika steg i tillverkningsprocessen

Praktiskt problemlösnings- och förbättringsarbete i produktionen

Vi söker dig som:

Är händig och tycker om praktiskt och tekniskt arbete

God erfarenhet av CNC-bearbetning

Har ett öga för detaljer och känsla för precision och finish

Är noggrann, tålmodig och kvalitetsmedveten

Trivs både vid maskinen och med mer manuella arbetsmoment

Är tekniskt intresserad och vill förstå hur saker tillverkas

Är nyfiken och vill lära dig nya material, maskiner och arbetsmetoder

Tar ansvar för ditt arbete och bidrar till en positiv laganda

Behärskar svenska eller engelska i tal och skrift
