Vill du arbeta inom industrin och utvecklas inom CNC-teknik? Lernia söker nu en noggrann och engagerad CNC-operatör till ett uppdrag hos vår kund i Västerås. Här får du möjlighet att arbeta i en teknisk produktionsmiljö där kvalitet, säkerhet och precision står i fokus. Om tjänsten Som CNC-operatör arbetar du med att övervaka och köra CNC-styrda maskiner i produktionen. Arbetsuppgifterna kan bland annat innebära att ställa och justera maskiner, läsa ritningar och arbetsinstruktioner, genomföra mätningar samt kontrollera att tillverkade detaljer håller rätt kvalitet och mått. Du blir en viktig del av produktionsteamet och samarbetar med kollegor inom bland annat produktion, kvalitet och underhåll. Arbetet kan vara förlagt till skift beroende på uppdragets behov. Om dig Formell kompetens Vi söker dig som har:

Gymnasieutbildning med industriell eller teknisk inriktning, alternativt motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet

Erfarenhet av arbete som CNC-operatör (svarvning)

God förståelse för ritningsläsning och tekniska instruktioner

Vana av att arbeta med mätverktyg och kvalitetskontroller

Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift

Truckkort eller traverskort

Meriterande

Kunskaper i CNC-programmering och maskininställning

Erfarenhet av styrsystem som exempelvis Fanuc, Siemens eller Mazatrol

Kunskap inom verktygsbyte, nollpunktsinställning och kompensering

B-körkort och tillgång till bil

Personliga egenskaper För att lyckas i rollen som CNC-operatör är du noggrann, ansvarstagande och kvalitetsmedveten. Du har ett starkt säkerhetstänk och är mån om att alltid följa säkerhetsrutiner, instruktioner och arbetssätt – både för din egen och dina kollegors säkerhet. Du har ett tekniskt intresse och trivs med att arbeta strukturerat och metodiskt. Du kan arbeta självständigt men uppskattar också att samarbeta med andra. Vidare är du nyfiken, lösningsorienterad och har en vilja att utvecklas inom CNC och industriell produktion. Om anställningen
