Vill du arbeta praktiskt med avancerad CNC-bearbetning och utvecklas vidare i en modern verkstad? Hos Bearbetningscenter får du ett varierande arbete där precision, kvalitet och yrkesskicklighet värdesätts på riktigt. Du blir en viktig del av produktionen och arbetar tillsammans med kunniga kollegor som hjälper varandra och tar gemensamt ansvar för resultatet.

Ditt uppdrag Som CNC-operatör ansvarar du för att produktionen fungerar effektivt, håller rätt kvalitet och levereras enligt plan. Du kommer att:

Ställa, rigga och köra CNC-maskiner, främst svarvar och fleroperationsmaskiner.

Tillverka detaljer enligt ritningar, orderunderlag och kvalitetskrav.

Mäta och kontrollera tillverkade detaljer.

Hantera avvikelser och rapportera i MPS-system.

Bidra till ordning, säkerhet och förbättringar i produktionen.

Arbetet sker i Kramfors och är i första hand förlagt till dagtid klockan 06.45–15.45 med möjlighet till flex. Tvåskiftsarbete kan bli aktuellt.

Det behöver du ha Kunskap i ritningsläsning.

Vana av att använda mätverktyg.

Erfarenhet från industriell produktion, verkstad eller liknande arbete.

Goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift.

Svenska är arbetsspråket. Du behöver kunna ta till dig instruktioner, kommunicera med kollegor och hantera dokumentation på svenska.

Det är meriterande CNC-utbildning eller erfarenhet av CNC-bearbetning.

Kunskaper inom CNC-programmering.

God datavana, gärna erfarenhet av CAD.

Erfarenhet från kvalitetsstyrd industri som t ex fordonsindustrin.

För att lyckas i rollen arbetar du metodiskt, kontrollerar ditt arbete och reagerar på avvikelser. Du tar ansvar, håller ordning omkring dig och samarbetar gärna med andra. Du behöver inte kunna allt från början. Det viktiga är att du har en relevant grund och vill fortsätta lära dig. Hos Bearbetningscenter får du möjlighet att fördjupa dina kunskaper inom CNC-bearbetning och andra delar av verkstadsarbetet.
