The posting

Uppdraget Vi söker en CNC-operatör till vår kund i norra Stockholm för långsiktigt uppdrag. Där kommer du framförallt att arbeta med moderna fleroperationsmaskiner. Du kommer framförallt att arbeta med fräs och svarv för både prototyptillverkning och löpande produktion. Dina arbetsuppgifter består av riggning, fixturframtagning och optimering av bearbetningsdata, du förväntas även arbeta med programmering (CAM). Du ansvarar för ditt eget arbetsområde där det är viktigt att du håller ordning på utrustning och verktyg samt ser till att det är rengjort på din yta. Som operatör bidrar du även till kontinuerligt förbättringsarbete av arbetsprocesser och rutiner samt utför enklare service av produktionsutrustningen. Detta är en del av Liberas uthyrningsverksamhet där du blir anställd som konsult och uthyrd till vår kund. Arbetstiderna är förlagda på 2-skift med produktion på vardagar från 6:00-20:30. För rätt kandidat ser kundföretaget att det är aktuellt med en överrekrytering till sig själva efter 6 månader. Vem du är Du är en tekniskt lagd person med erfarenhet inom industri och bearbetande tillverkning. Vi ser att du har utbildning inom CNC, teknik eller el och mekanik samt tidigare erfarenhet av arbete som CNC-operatör. Erfarenhetsmässigt ser vi gärna att du arbetat med dessa delar under minst ett år: Fräs med fleroperationsmaskin Prototyptillverkning ISO-programmering och CAD/CAM, GibbsCAM, SolidWorks eller motsvarande Som person behöver du vara självständig, noggrann och flexibel. Arbetet ställer även höga krav på ansvarstagande och problemlösning. Du gillar högt tempo och uppskattar korta beslutsvägar. Då säkerhetsarbete dokumenteras och arbetsinstruktioner följs självständigt krävs det att du har god svenska i både tal och skrift.
