Vill du arbeta i en roll där service, kommunikation och problemlösning står i fokus? Vi söker nu en engagerad och strukturerad Collection Advisor som vill bli en del av vårt team. I rollen kommer du få ett stort ansvar då du kommer vara kontaktperson för tilldelade kunder och kommer ansvara för ärendehanteringen avseende dina kunders ärenden. Om rollen Som personlig handläggare har du en rådgivande funktion jämtemot våra kunder och tjänsten förutsätter att du har goda kommunikativa och problemlösande förmågor. Tjänsten innebär både kontakt med gäldenärer och myndigheter i rollen som ombud. Vidare kommer du i tjänsten vidta rättsliga åtgärder inom inkasso samt jobba för att nå uppgörelsen med gäldenärer kring bland annat avbetalningsplaner. Vi söker dig som: Har erfarenhet av kundservice, administration eller kravhantering. Har mycket god analytisk förmåga och tar beslut baserat på tydliga underlag. Har goda kommunikativa förmågor. Talar svenska flytande i tal och skrift och har goda erfarenheter i engelska, både skriva och tala. Är van att arbeta på ett noggrant och strukturerat sätt och är en given lagspelare.

Meriterande: Branscherfarenhet är meriterande men inget krav. Gymnasial utbildning är en förutsättning. Inriktning på ekonomi eller motsvarande är meriterande tillika eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi /juridik.
