Job Summary We are looking for a strong Corporate Communications Manager who is a seasoned communications strategist responsible for shaping, managing, and elevating the communications of the leaders and SMEs in our organization to amplify our voice and build a strong platform for thought leadership across the company. The individual will also be in charge of corporate communications for Tetra Laval. This role demands exceptional stakeholder management skills, issues and crisis management expertise, editorial judgment, and the ability to advise & support high visibility leaders on complex, high impact communication topics. This position can be based in Sweden, Arganda del Rey - Spain, Istanbul - Turkey, Hochheim – Germany, Athens – Greece. What you will do 1. Leadership Communications Build, lead, and execute a comprehensive executive positioning strategy for the leaders and SMEs, including: Developing long term positioning themes, narratives, and thought leadership pillars. Managing an executive editorial calendar with weekly and monthly planning routines. Driving visibility via: Thought leadership content LinkedIn profiling and engagement strategy Other forms of activities Speaking engagements and high profile appearances Providing counsel and hands on support for positioning needs. Establish and sustain communications governance mechanisms across the Executive Leadership Team through chairing an ELT Editorial Board

2. Speakers’ Bureau – Global Thought Leadership Enablement and Excellence Establish, lead, and evolve a global Speakers’ Bureau as a core driver of future thought leadership, including: Designing and managing a global speaking opportunity framework aligned with the PR strategy. Maintaining and enforcing the Speakers’ Bureau procedure, governance, and audit routines. Overseeing spokesperson readiness and workflows including measurement and amplification.

3. Tetra Laval Lead all key Tetra Laval communications and reputation stewardship activities, including: Tetra Laval PR, issues, and crisis management activities. Drive brand, corporate, and operational communication activities, including annual Tetra Laval Report (content coordination, standards, timelines) and donations program We believe you have Professional Experience 13–15 years of progressive experience in Corporate Communications, Executive Communications, or Strategic Communications roles. Proven experience advising and supporting senior executives, or high profile leaders. Strong background in issues/crisis communications and enterprise-level reputation management. Experience working across global, matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder networks. Experience overseeing high-stakes governance and enterprise-wide communications frameworks.

Skills & Competencies Exceptional writing, storytelling, and messaging abilities tailored for executive audiences. Polished executive presence with strong influencing and advisory skills. Expertise in strategic planning, editorial management, and thought leadership development. Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive, confidential information. Crisis and issues management capability with calm, strategic decision-making. Strong project and stakeholder management skills. Ability to connect enterprise-level narratives with market realities. High level of professionalism, maturity, and accountability. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, Public Affairs, Journalism, or related disciplines. A strategic storyteller who can simplify complexity and elevate leadership narratives. Steady under pressure, highly confidential, and able to manage sensitive matters with discretion.
